Online orders have 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Purchases made in store must be returned within 10 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for a $7.95 restocking fee per pair.
Shipping insurance is NON-refunadable.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will also not be accepted.
If your shoes are damaged, worn, or don't have original packaging, we will either send you back your shoes or you will only receive a 50% refund.
ALL International orders are final sale.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the $7.95 restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or free gifts. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you need a different size or would like to exchange for another style, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and the details of your exchange request. We will send a return shipping label and, once we receive your return, we process the exchange.
It's important to us that you find the perfect fit so we will waive all shipping and restocking fees for your first exchange.
